Cancellation Policy
$25 deposit is required to book at beautibar.dfw to ensure last min cancellations. Your card will NOT be charged prior to your appointment besides the deposit & unless the following policies are not followed.

Please cancel/reschedule appointment before 48hrs. Failure to cancel before 48 hours will result to a 50% charge of your service amount. Same Day Cancellations Will Be Charged At 100% Chances Of Filling In That Space Are Slim. No shows will automatically be charged 100% cancellation fee .
Please contact me if you are running late, if it’s possible to fit you in I will. If not, a 50% fee will be charged and we will have to reschedule you. *All Services, Cancellation & No-Show Fees are Non-Refundable* No kids or extra guest allowed due to limited space.
